My name is Amy Holinaty Im an IBO with Q Sciences in Calgary, Canada.
  We have been with Q Sciences for 2 1/2 years.November 2012 was the start of it all.  Im blessed to be able to work with some of the most amazing people around the world.

When a handful of us started Q Sciences , there was no website, no product with our branding, nothing was in place but we were excited for our futures and excited to start changing lives.  We all started taking the  Empowerplus Q96,we all needed it in one way or the other. It changed our lives in ways we never expected. It brought mental health into the light as many of us had or knew someone we loved that dealt with depression,anxiety,bipolar,stress or other various mood disorders. We started with one amazing product and today 2 1/2years later we have numerous health and wellness products and have partnered with some of the most brilliant minds in the industry.

Today we are helping thousands around the world to feel better and helping them help others.What an amazing journey we have had,to see lives transformed in the process. I don't think any of us really knew how big the impact was going to be.

Today we are in the USA,Canada, Australia,New Zealand and getting ready to open Korea in a week with our Ribbon cutting on March 23rd then we open Japan!

•    The International Society of Nutritional Psychiatry Research (ISNPR) was formed about 2 years ago to bring together those of us doing research on nutrition and mental health.

•    I suppose this will seem like blatant self-promotion, but my colleagues and I have just published an article explaining how inflammatory processes, oxidative stress, mitochondrial function, and nutrition are all tied together in ways that are important for mental health.
